Salesforce Change Management Representative
Job Description A Medical Device client is seeking a Salesforce Change Management Representative to help drive adoption of the newly integrated Salesforce platform amongst their sales teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator skilled in condensing complex information into digestible, repeatable processes using creative, engaging communications for end users. This resource will be responsible for creating comprehensive step-by-step guides, working directly with the field to drive adoption, and ensuring smooth implementation of the new processes. This resource will function as a Salesforce SME by creating + maintaining dashboards, understanding team reporting needs, and making recommendations on areas for improvement or better adoption of the tool. This position will be a12 month contract with possible extension and Hybrid, expected to be onsite 3 days per week in Valencia, CA. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience in Change Management or Process Improvement  Strong understanding of Salesforce processes, reporting, and dashboards. o Experience building + maintaining reports/dashboards in Salesforce o Ability to understand client workflows and identify reporting needs, improvements, etc.  Experience owning the creation of process documentation and driving user adoption  Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with tools like Showpad, Camtasia, and Storyline  Visual Communication skills, ability to create appealing, visually engaging content for users null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
