Summary:

Huntington Bank is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for our MuleSoft team in the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). In this role you will be part of a team working to develop solutions enabling the business to integrate with the Salesforce platform to elevate the business processes towards an improved Optimal Customer experience (OCR).  As a Mulesoft Business Systems Analyst, you will work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements and build/manage the product backlog.

 

Key Responsibilities

Serves as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, Product Owner and team members.Work with product team in an Agile environment to understand Feature vision, breakdown of stories and how user stories should be prioritized.Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members. These meetings should result in user stories ready to be prioritized into the backlog.Work with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to facilitate and document any source to target data mappings as required.Participate in the identification, quantification and mitigation of risks and issues.Responsible for working with the cross-impacted team BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirementsWork with the product team to ensure there is a healthy volume of user stories in backlog to ascertain backlog health and flexibility.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.3-5+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst.3-5+ years of experience creating and advising on process flow diagrams, data models, test plans, technical design documents, and business process documentation.
