Position Summary

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Functional Senior Consultant

Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions.  

Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes. 

You understand what it takes design and make complex Salesforce eCommerce solutions happen, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way. 

Work you’ll do 

You’ll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the client’s current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows.

If you like to design leading-edge solutions, you will help clients unlock the business value of SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. 

Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotelyAssess client business requirements and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practicesCommunicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectivelyIdentify client process pain points and gaps in best practicesCreate and socialize feature and technical roadmapsDrive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoptionAuthor & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects

The team 

Deloitte’s Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire our client's customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce, and marketing user-centric experiences. We build and operate complex, modern, customer-centric B2B and B2C marketing experiences and digital products across all digital touchpoints and offer a full in-house advertising and marketing agency

Qualifications: 

Required 

5+ years of IT experience2+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) -Experience facilitating functional discovery workshopsExperience with implementing payment processing featuresAbility to travel 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
