Work you’ll do:
Collaborate with the Scrum Team and Product Owner to groom user stories, track the day-to-day progress of sprint execution, identify and resolve team impediments, and be responsible for driving the quality of solution output by their teams Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices Support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance and Helpdesk Operations Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scopeDocumentation is necessary and should be well aware of contributing to user stories, test scripts, training materialsThe team:

Requirements:
At least 3 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform Experience working with teams to deliver in Agile project environments Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment Must have contributed to at least one major Salesforce project from discovery to go-live Gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration by the offshore team Ability to work closely with the client members of the team and SMEs Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards Salesforce.com Agile Scrum Management Ability to perform functional testing and create product roadmaps Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferredSalesforce CertificationsPrior federal consulting experience
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $175,000.
