Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud.Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Salesforce.Utilize CRM Analytics to create insightful reports and dashboards, leveraging SAQL for advanced data queries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all Salesforce applications.Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related proven expertise.Proven experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data analysis within Salesforce.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language).Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).Experience with other data integration tools and platforms.Knowledge of PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
