The role:

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements and to ensure that our organization capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.

To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.

Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products. Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration. Meeting with business analysts to determine CRM needs, to create timelines, and to determine development goals. Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support. Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff. Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. Are You a Fit?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering. 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce developer in a similar environment. Salesforce certified developer and/or Salesforce advanced administrator certification. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms. Previous work experience with application and software development. Experience developing customer-facing interfaces. Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce. Good communication skills. Must-have Skills Excellent communication skills in English.  Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
