Description We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in the financial services industry. The role is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Salesforce Developer, you will leverage your skills in both front-end and back-end development, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. • Build and manage both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end components of Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica. • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs using declarative tools and programmatic solutions. • Implement data models, manage data migrations, and ensure data quality across Salesforce objects and external systems. • Manage user permissions, implement role-based access control, and set up security settings. • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Debug and resolve performance issues, provide technical support for Salesforce-related incidents. • Follow best practices for coding, security, and development methodologies in Salesforce development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Requirements • Must possess expertise in Salesforce development including the creation of standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, page layouts, security settings, and sharing rules • Proficiency in cloud technologies is essential • Strong knowledge of Database Object is required • Experience in Informatica is a must • Familiarity with MapR technologies is essential • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server is required • Experience in AB Testing is necessary • Must have a strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) • Ability to create Business Requirement Document is essential • Experience in creating dashboards is required • Familiarity with various data sources is needed • Must be able to work in the financial services industry • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Visualforce, and the salesforce.com data loader • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
