SalesForce Developer City Ciudad de Mexico State/Province Distrito Federal Overview:

This role is within the Celanese Digital Commerce Solutions IT team.  In this role, the Salesforce Developer will partner with various functions across the organization and the Salesforce IT team to ensure steady-state support is in place to support commercial/business operations.  The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.

Responsibilities: Create custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications.Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.Support, maintain, and improve the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.Create and maintain integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.Collaborate with stakeholders and other Salesforce team members to identify and implement improvements for the system.Ensure compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies.Create technical documentation for the company, like user guides, release notes and design documents.Work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented.Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is a plus Salesforce certifications, like Platform Developer I or II, App Builder or Advanced Administrator.3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce sales & service cloud and Salesforce CPQ.Strong knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura and Salesforce development toolsUnderstanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with integrating various tools and systems with Salesforce & Implementing/ configuring Managed packagesEnglish: intermediate

 

Desired Qualifications

Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.CPQ experience or knowledgeAbility to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.
