Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with Software development peers on the design and building of Salesforce and Mulesoft software solutions – both prototype/MVP and full production solutions – meeting schedule and project objectivesEnsure Salesforce solutions adhere to government cybersecurity requirements such as FEDRAMP, IL4+, agency specific ATO requirements, and other relevant infrastructure and security standardsSupport working in an Agile software development environment (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) and the use of Jira, Confluence, Flosum, Copado, and other CI/CD tools to manage and document workload.Participate in peer and technical reviews to ensure comprehensive solutions are being developedSupport the creation of documentation, configuration validation, static code analysis, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications resulting in collaborative project and workstream planningSupport demonstrations and peer reviews to stakeholders.Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship requiredCandidate MUST be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at the Junior/Senior levelIf working on customer program, achieve and maintain a US Federal government Public Trust clearance (ADP-2/IT-II)Support cybersecurity practices and developing SW code that meets industry standardsBS degree (in-work) and prior relevant experience or Masters with prior relevant experience. This is an INTERN position.At least 0-2 years’ experience in Salesforce specific software development using Salesforce, Apex, Lightening Web Components, CRM Analytics, and Omnistudio.At least 0-2 years’ experience in Java, JavaScript, and AL/ML programming languagesInteract with other team members to learn best practice for Healthcare IT solutions, HIPAA regulation and compliance, and gain understanding of design principles for the protection of PII and PHI dataExcellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online; Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels; excellent relationship-building skillsExperience in design and implementation of web hosting, AI/ML, Analytics, DevOps IaC and automation, and Cloud hosting which is compliant with cybersecurity policy and standards.A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streamsWilling to develop analytical skills and the ability to observe trendsYOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
Experience implementing Salesforce HealthCloud, ServiceCloud, and DataCloud solutions and analytics to extract knowledge and insights from an enterprise health data repositoryActive in the Salesforce Trailhead communityWillingness to learn or prior experience developing RESTful services, XML, JSON, and microservicesExperience with other Low Code/No Code products besides SalesforceOther object-oriented programming knowledge and technology experience (Java, Spring) to provide secondary work pathWillingness to learn or prior experience with AWS Commercial and AWS GovCloud experienceOriginal Posting Date:2025-01-28While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
Pay Range:Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
