Job Description Role & Responsibilities:  As the Salesforce developer you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production  Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce declarative or programmatic tools  Deep understanding of Sales concepts such as use of Campaigns, Lead conversion, Opportunity lifecycle, Account & Contact management  Proven ability to design and deliver Customer Support solutions using Service Cloud best practices for case management automation, console components, milestones, and knowledge  Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions.
