Work you’ll do
Will be the Development/Tech Lead for a Scrum teamHands-on key role where you will be expected to contribute to highly complex Salesforce tickets requiring both Apex and front-end LWC knowledgeResponsible for mentoring junior members of the development team.As a member of the scrum team you will participate in grooming, estimating, solutioning, and building user stories in Salesforce. User stories may require Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, OOTB Components, Flow, Process Builder etc. to successfully implement.In this role you need to work with the senior architect to solution user stories and technical enablers, assign user story points based on LOE, manage the quality of your team’s code/ implementationQualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer or Lead role on one or more Salesforce ImplementationWill be the Development/Tech Lead for a Scrum team.Will be a mentor to junior developersRequired to do code reviews and return code that does not meet the standards of our teamMust be interested in training and growing othersMust be excellent with client communication and IT leadersExperience practicing Agile Development MethodologiesAbility to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:
