We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer II to join our IT Applications team in Bengaluru, India, reporting to the IT manager. In this role, you will be working with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand their requirements and configure and build solutions. You will participate in grooming sessions, work on technical design, configure, and build extensions/integrations in Salesforce platform applications. You will also work with a highly collaborative team, use Engineering SAFE and Agile methodologies to deliver and be part of growing organization.

What you’ll do:
Participate in story grooming, analysis of business requirements, and design discussions for system changes and enhancementsTranslate business requirements into technical design/configurationsParticipate and interact with different IT-business meetings if neededParticipate and contribute to all phases of SDLC, including analysis, design, development, test, and deploymentImplement and maintain Salesforce customizations with best practices, declarative programming, and development toolsDocument design and implementation detailsCreate and present proof-of-concept to stakeholdersTroubleshoot and resolve post go-live production issueProvide knowledge transfer to the Operations teamWhat you’ll bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce in administration, development, and maintenanceExperience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, APIs, Lightning components, Flows, Data Loader, Reports, and DashboardsSolid analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsExperience in CRM business processes like forecasting, campaign, lead, account, opportunity quoting, order, partner communities, and contract managementAbility to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWorking experience in CI/CD based deploymentKnowledge of CPQ, Marketo, Clari, Highspot, Outreach, Traction Hierarchies, and DocuSign CLM is a plusSalesforce Admin and Developer certifications are a must; Salesforce CPQ a plusBachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or equivalentWhat success looks like:
