You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role:
As a Salesforce Health Cloud Senior Manager, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for clients in the healthcare industry. This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions that improve healthcare delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and streamline processes. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the adoption of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, identify business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce platform customization, integration, and data migration.
Develop and oversee Health Cloud components such as care management, patient journeys, appointment scheduling, and data integrations with EHR/EMR systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, workflows, and system configurations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives and industry best practices.
Engage with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and technology teams, to ensure alignment on project goals.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities and enhance operational efficiencies.
Team Leadership & Management
Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Oversee project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and data security standards.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies during project execution.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Salesforce updates, emerging technologies, and healthcare trends to enhance solution offerings.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Salesforce Health Cloud.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience & Skills
10–12 years of experience in Salesforce solutions, with at least 5 years working with Salesforce Health Cloud in the healthcare domain.
Proven track record in solution architecture, resource management, and delivery of Salesforce-based healthcare projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient management, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and GDPR.
Experience in integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with EHR/EMR systems, third-party applications, and APIs.
Excellent technical knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, Flow, and APIs.
Familiarity with Vlocity/OmniStudio tools (e.g., OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) is highly desirable.
Expertise in project management and change management within large-scale healthcare projects.
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Charts for reporting and analytics is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application Architect, or System Architect, are highly desirable.
Leadership & Communication
Proven ability to manage teams, mentor junior team members, and lead diverse groups.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
