Salesforce Implementation Project Manager
Description Sr. Salesforce Implementation Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst Hybrid onsite 2-3 days a week just outside of Boston. There is no chance this role becomes fully remote, you must live a commutable distance from Boston. The team would like someone who can interface face to face in-person with the business and technology teams at least 2-3 times per week. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Project Manager to join our dynamic team of 40 professionals, which consists of 9 full-time employees and many contractors. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the Salesforce expert for the organization, acting as a liaison between business users and the development team. You will gather business requirements, translate them into actionable items for developers, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. This role is critical for supporting various departments across the organization that utilize different Salesforce modules, with a current focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: + Serve as the organization's Salesforce expert with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (preferred but not mandatory). + Facilitate conversations with business users to gather and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between stakeholders. + Work directly with developers to translate requirements into actionable user stories for sprints, ensuring goals and priorities are well-defined and met within deadlines. + Manage and oversee multiple Salesforce-related projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from initiation to delivery without people-management responsibilities. + Act as a trusted advisor to the business by understanding their struggles and identifying Salesforce-based solutions to drive impact and efficiency. + Provide training or user support when necessary, ensuring the seamless adoption of solutions. + Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize, strategize, and align project objectives with organizational goals. + Ensure standard practices for no-code Salesforce development are followed, aligning with existing framework and solutions. Requirements + 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in roles such as BSA, Project Manager, or related fields. (8+ years preferred) + Proven experience leading and managing large-scale Salesforce projects. + Expertise in Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud is a significant advantage but not required. + Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring clear communication with developers and alignment across teams. + Deep understanding of Salesforce concepts, such as Omni-Channel capabilities, no-code development approaches, and module integration. + Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and requirements gathering for development teams. + Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
