The Lead Analyst is responsible for driving the implementation and growth of commercial enablement in LSIG.
This position is part of the Customer Experience and Commerce Team in Danaher Life Sciences Innovation Group and will be located in Remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce Sales Cloud administration tasks across multiple operating companies.
+ Coordinate and support the needs of multiple operating companies within a central Salesforce instance, ensuring consistency and best practices.
+ Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including Heroku, Salesforce CDP, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, executing, and closing projects.
+ Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various business units.
+ Develop and enforce Salesforce governance policies, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operating companies.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
+ Proven experience managing a multi-company Salesforce instance.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its integration with Heroku, Salesforce CDP, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Experience in project management and leading Salesforce-related initiatives.
+ Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
+ Skills:
+ Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration and management.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel based on business need
+ 10% travel, overnight, within US and Global
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Additional certifications related to Heroku, Salesforce CDP, and Marketing Cloud.
+ Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and data migration.
+ Executing Digital Marketing Campaigns.
+ Managing an enterprise level Marketing Automation Platform.
+ Maintaining a Master Data Management system or MDM.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 USD yearly. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
