Job Description
A client in the St Louis Metro Area is looking for a Salesforce Manual QA to join their growing team. In this role, you will work primarily in the Sales Cloud, performing API testing and integration between systems. You will collaborate with the development team to clean up Salesforce and engage in standard SDLC activities, such as gathering requirements, creating test scenarios, reviewing scenarios with the business, working with offshore teams to create test cases, executing tests, and evaluating defects. Additionally, you will support and assign work to offshore teams, ensuring efficient automation processes. You will participate in CPQ integration projects, adding new systems into the work order flow, and handle enterprise CPQ for various services such as networks, voice, high-speed data, and video. Your workload will be balanced with approximately 70% testing and 30% meetings and team support.
Pay Range: $30-40 / hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in Manual Testing
3+ years of experience using Salesforce
Experience with API testing, following the full SDLC process
Experience with Jira for requirements and defect tracking CPQ (Configure Price Quote) experience
Automation knowledge (Selenium)
Telecom industry experience null
