Our Marketing team is looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist to execute and maintain the email communication customer journey to our customers on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role will help execute our newly implemented SFDC software and work cross functionally to build and render the internal architecture.

In This Role\nBuild email templates, template library, and marketing emails in Salesforce \nCreate, turn on, and maintain customer journeys, defining entry/exit criteria and customer actions based on established marketing goals \nManage inbox deliverability – following email marketing best practices \nDevelop and lead email program QA, including design rendering and journey UAT\nTesting, Optimization, Reporting \nExecute email channel performance testing \nCreate and manage analytic dashboards within Marketing Cloud for email program reporting\nData Management & Admin \nLeverage Salesforce connector to create data extensions based on messaging goals \nResponsible for subscriber and list hygiene  \nLeverage customer data to identify opportunities for personalization and dynamic content, executing on these opportunities based on marketing goals\n

The Ideal Person\n3-5 years of experience in Marketing Cloud, CRM, CLM – Salesforce experience required\nCertifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist\nWell-versed in Content Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Studio, and Journey Builder \nFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM and Connector, including reporting, data extension creation, and lead and contact management\nProven HTML, CSS, and AMP script experience  \nKnowledge of Google Analytics and experience with GA integration with Marketing Cloud  \n
