Salesforce Operations Analyst, QT Customer Success
_QualTex Laboratories is an FDA-registered and CLIA-certified organization that provides state-of-the-art, high volume capacity donor screening and biological testing services. It is one of the largest independent, nonprofit testing laboratories in the United States and has locations in San Antonio and Atlanta_ General Summary The Salesforce Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving client success and ensuring Salesforce operations align with our business objectives across all business units at BioBridge Global. You will be responsible for leading visibility and setting standards for opportunities, tasks, and reporting visuals with clear ownership and accountability to empower teams and deliver results. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in opportunity management, including stage progression, probability percentages, and reporting, while driving task completion and fostering collaboration across teams. You must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and provide actionable insights that enhance client relationships. Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes. It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards. Major Duties and Responsibilities Essential Tasks Opportunity Management • Oversee the opportunity lifecycle, ensuring accurate stage progression, probability forecasting, and data hygiene. • Collaborate with opportunity stakeholders to provide timely updates and maintain records that align with business objectives. Analytics and Reporting • Design, implement, and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics. • Generate actionable insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. • Regularly report on the progress and effectiveness of initiatives related to revenue assurance, client experience, and growth. • Leverage analytics to drive decisions and measure ROI from implemented strategies. Task and Workflow Management • Create and assign tasks to ensure timely completion and accountability. • Monitor task progress and drive team members toward successful outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration • Partner with internal teams to align Salesforce processes with business goals. • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Financial Services, and Enterprise Technology & Business • Transformation to drive insights for scalability and improved client experiences. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce best practices. Continuous Improvement • Stay informed about industry developments, features, and integration capabilities to further enhance our utilization of Salesforce, collaborating with our internal IT development team. • Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements, process improvements, and service excellence. • Recommend and implement improvements in documentation, agent onboarding, employee development, and business system workflows to optimize efficiency, performance, and consistency. Training and Support • Develop and deliver training to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features. • Provide ongoing support to address basic user issues and improve system adoption. • Participate in continuing education and attend meetings as required. • Comfort with a work schedule that can be dynamic, including weekend training and holiday support. Performs other duties as assigned. Non-Essential Tasks Aid other departments as needed. Education Requires a High School Diploma or higher education. Licenses and/or Certifications Valid United States Driver’s License Salesforce Administrator Certification required Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder preferred ITIL/PMO certification preferred US Passport preferred Experience Requires three years of hands-on Salesforce administration and business operations experience. Requires a proven track record of opportunity management, task workflow design, and reporting/dashboard creation. Prefer experience with Salesforce third-party integrations. Prefer experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Apex, or similar). Knowledge Must obtain a working knowledge of clinical laboratory business operations. Must obtain a working knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements and perform within all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. Must maintain current knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements (national and international, i.e., FDA, EU, GHM, ISO, OSHA & cGMP) and perform within all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. Must possess knowledge of integrations with Salesforce (e.g., third-party tools, APIs, or plugins). Must have awareness of strategies to strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and datadriven insights. Must have knowledge of automation and self-service tools to enhance efficiency and user experience. Must possess an understanding of how to improve processes related to client experience, task management, and scalability. Must be proficient in using data and analytics to drive business decisions and measure ROI. Must have the ability to design and interpret reports and dashboards to measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Must have familiarity with revenue gain/loss tracking and reporting within Salesforce. Must possess strong knowledge of opportunity lifecycle stages, probability percentages, and pipeline forecasting. Must have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including opportunity management, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Must be proficient in managing Salesforce features such as roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity. Skills Must have strong computer skills. Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions. Must have excellent management skills. Must understand and use performance excellence principles and tools for decision making and planning. Must have strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale projects aimed at operational improvement and strategic growth. Must have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and strategies to a variety of stakeholders. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Working Environment Works in well-lighted, air-conditioned and heated vehicle or office environments, but may work in confined spaces and non-climate controlled conditions. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend to include being on-call. Occasional out of town and/or international travel stays required. Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required.
