UST is looking for a Salesforce Pre-Sales Architect who will be the Go-To Person for Solutioning, Pre-Sales, Proofs-of- Concept development, and Architecture Advisory activities for the fast-growing Salesforce client-roster for UST Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales and Pre-sales team on technical proposals for customers by preparing tailored demos and following suit with the creation and finalization of scope of work in the proposal/SOW. Establish relationships with key customer stakeholders who are the decision-makers for outsourcing of Salesforce and related ecosystem work.Required Skills and Experience
Total IT industry experience of at least 10 years, with at least 8 of those in Salesforce.com with hands-on solutioning and pre-sales and architecture advisory background. Documentation skills: Writing proposals in response to RFIs / RFPs that showcase how Salesforce solutions can realize the customer’s requirement with ROI along with the ability to write-up a full-fledged BRD and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce project. Project experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Salesforce Core Clouds / Industries Clouds / Architectural oversight will be necessary. Experience working in an Agile environment, expertise on the framework, familiar with the tools, processes and documentation. Billable consulting/development/implementation experience of a minimum of 4-5 different Salesforce.com implementations, of not less than 6 months each. Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming whiteboarding sessions. Ability to capture requirements from business users: Requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Core Clouds/Industry Clouds or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce configuration/coding for proofs-of-concept is desirable for directly interacting with the client stakeholders. Good communication and analytical skills are crucial: Ability to quickly grasp user requirements and present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / Joint Application Development sessions. Experience in solutioning large Salesforce implementations and working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials, with ability to build prototypes across Salesforce Clouds as part of Design phase. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing process maps, journey maps, Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation. Nice-to-have: Apex/Visualforce/Lightning/LWC programming background/experience. Willingness to constantly learn, adhere to industry best practices and be familiar with new features and releases from Salesforce.com.In short, UST is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Architect/Advisor, capable of presenting and demonstrating the company’s Salesforce offerings relevant to customer objectives and winning deals. The person should be equally comfortable presenting and doing demos to Senior Execs and technical development/architecture teams alike.
Certifications
