We encourage you to be your authentic self – we like you that way. A Little More About The role: We’re looking for a Salesforce Product Manager to provide leadership and clearly communicate WHAT customers need and WHY it is important. It will be essential to build relationships with business SMEs, multiple technical teams including Product Engineering teams, architects, and the Product team. We are B2B Marketing and Sales and B2C Service, so having a variety of industry and Customer Relationship Management experience and process knowledge will ensure your success. Both oral and written communication will need to be precise and clear as this role will be responsible for writing users stories with clear scope and managing backlog priority. You will:●       Maintain a product roadmap and features.●       Clarify business priorities and ensure the backlog reflects the priorities of the enterprise.●       Write user stories in Jira and manage the backlog.●       Document Salesforce business processes and influence business SMES to leverage standard Salesforce processes when possible.●       Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting features.●       Demonstrate standard Salesforce features and solutions built for Gravie.●       Verify requirements based on reviewing Salesforce setup in sandboxes and PROD.●       Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners.●       Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. You bring:●       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent●       5 years of substantial experience in with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery●       Salesforce Administrator certification●       3 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira●       Strong general business acumen●       History of managing complex processes and multi-layered projects●       Excellent communication skills●       Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration Extra credit:●       Previous start up company experience Competitive pay is standard.
