Salesforce Product Owner
Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown client's office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for Salesforce initiatives within the financial banking environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify needs, and translate business objectives into clear product features and user stories.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technology solutions, and Salesforce capabilities.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and user impact.
• Define the minimum viable product (MVP) and ensure its successful delivery while ensuring long-term scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Communicate product vision, updates, and progress to key stakeholders across various departments including sales, marketing, customer service, compliance, and IT.
• Conduct regular sprint reviews, demos, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Salesforce Solution Implementation:

• Work with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure that solutions are designed, tested, and implemented according to business requirements and best practices.
• Guide and support teams in optimizing Salesforce for financial banking processes, including CRM, lending, deposit customer service, and financial data analysis.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues, ensuring the platform’s stability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure Salesforce solutions are compliant with financial regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
• Monitor risk factors and ensure the platform meets the security standards of the financial industry.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on Salesforce in the financial banking industry.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, its capabilities, and how it can be leveraged in financial services such as banking, loans, wealth management, and customer service.
• Proven experience in delivering Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial banking processes and workflows, including account management, loan origination, customer onboarding, and financial product management.
• Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Familiarity with Salesforce features such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
