Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery (70% of your time)

Lead a comprehensive Salesforce implementation project for a leading bank, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

Manage dynamic, cross-functional teams, fostering seamless collaboration and driving project success.

Build and nurture robust client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Development (20% of your time)

Engage in strategic client discussions to fuel growth in the vibrant Vietnam market.

Collaborate and build strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives to enhance our mutual success.

Internal Responsibilities (10% of your time)

Mentor and guide team members, sharing your expertise to foster their development.

Play a key role in recruiting and expanding our local team.

Coordinate training for new team members to ensure they hit the ground running.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Salesforce implementations, particularly within the financial services sector.

Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.

Fluency in English.

Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment.
