The Project Manager actively manages the project from conception and initiation through definition and planning ensuring a smooth hand-off of technical delivery to the Delivery Lead for execution. The Project Manager continues to have overall responsibility to the business for the project success and actively manages the non-technical elements during execution.

Skills and Knowledge:-

• Strong project management skills. Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large scale IT projects involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.
• Portfolio management including alignment to strategic business goals and prioritization
• Business analysis and requirements management including elicitation, validation and prioritization
• Sound understanding of project management principles and all aspects of the project management
• Strong verbal and written and facilitation communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment
• MS Project Professional and Project Server (scheduling and tracking – resource effort level) and MS Office tools

Experience:-

• Ten years of experience working in the IT industry
• Six years of project management experience, demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing business and project resources through various life-cycle phases
• Experience in effective project implementation / organizational readiness and solution rollout strategies
• Working knowledge and experience with formal methodologies, both software development lifecycle (SDLC) and associated business transformation/change management
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS, Business related field, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required (Master's degree or equivalent is desirable)
• PMP certification.

Business Area (CRM & Marketing) specific:
• Knowledge, experience, passion and interest in using customer insights to shape customer experience / interactions
• Experience in CRM & Marketing processes including: Contact Center, Campaign Management, Lead Management processes
• Prior experience implementing SalesForce Service Cloud project a MUST.
