Salesforce Senior DevSecOps Engineer (100% remote within Spain)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for two Salesforce Senior DevSecOps Engineer to be part of a team working close to one of our main clients, banking sector.

This position can be performed 100% remote from any location in Spain.

It will require be On Standby/On Call and work outside working hours to facilitate deployment activities according to the delivery plan. This may be compensated by on-call and on-call rates or returned time in lieu of hours.

What UST expects from you?

Nº years of experience 7+ years in Salesforce development

CI/CD

Git (version control)

Salesforce Metadata API

SFDX/ large scale integration via SOAP, REST, Streaming (including Lightning Events) and Metadata API

Agile and waterfall methodologies desirable.

Good spanish and english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.

Functions and responsibilities:

- Design, Implement and oversee the DevOps strategy for the project. This includes but is not limited to the:

- CI/CD workflow (Version Control, and automated deployments)

- Sandbox Management

- Documenting releases

- Overseeing the Developer Workflow and ensuring Code Reviews take place.

- Work closely with QA, Tech Leads, Senior Devs and Architects to ensure the smooth delivery of build artefacts into Salesforce environments.

- Implement scripts utilising the Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX - Refine technical user stories as required, articulate clearly the technical solution required to meet a specific requirement.

- Support the Tech Lead with ensuring best practises are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as required.

- Work with Tech Leads to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns.

Work schedule

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
