What you will be doing

As Senior Functional Consultant, you will show professionalism, and flexibility, be continuously learning, and act as a role model for our juniors and our clients. your role responsibilities will also be to;

Prepare and lead Requirement Gathering Workshops with key stakeholders for small to medium-complexity projects.Create, own, and interpret Process Maps for small to medium complexity projects/businessesParticipate in DXC Technology added value activities outside regular client work Identify and raise potential risks to a project and suggest, where possible, mitigation strategiesWrite Epics & user stories utilizing behavior-driven development (BDD) Configure Salesforce based on user storiesEnsure compliance to design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates Complete mandatory training and maintain certification levelManage and prioritize project backlog for small to medium complexity projects Ensure overall solution design, integrity, and completeness for small to medium-complexity projects.Provide input to solution design for medium to high-complexity projects Deliver and maintain Key Design Decision recommendations and formulate options, pros, and cons on small to medium complexity projects

The skills you will bring

Bachelor's degree level or higherAt least 3-5 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce across various use cases Experience working in an Agile project delivery environmentCertificationsSalesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Platform App BuilderSalesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
