What You Will Do:

Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce solution and for recommending best practice solution designs based on client business needsManage complex projects including responsibility for project timelines, deliverables, and resources during all project phases, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-deployment client supportProvide a detailed level of pre-sales support to include effort estimates and staffing decisions for proposed solutionsLead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements and synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentationDesign elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving: configuration of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionalityArticulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionalityParticipate in practice development and continuously look to improve the delivery model and implementation processContribute significantly to thought leadership across the platform including ideation and design of new acceleratorsFollow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsProvide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring to developers and other junior staff
 

What You Will Need:

Active Salesforce Architect accreditations and ability to achieve additional relevant certifications upon hireUS Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain Public Trust Clearance for Federal projects10 years of professional experience5 years of external consulting experience5 years of Salesforce implementation experience in an agile development environment5 years of experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling, functional design experience, and creating project plans5 years of project management experience in a technology or consulting setting5 years leading dynamic and highly effective teams on both small and enterprise engagements, facilitating meetings, leading customer support projects, mentoring teams of junior team members, and effectively managing client escalationsProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems, incorporating best practicesExperience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirementsExperience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applicationsExperience with data migrations from third-party systems to SalesforceExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, relationship focus, and strong technical and business acumenDetail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologiesStrong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of emotional intelligence

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Understanding of Public Sector entities and their common business requirements

The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
