What You Will Do:
Design and deliver tailored client demonstrations that map Salesforce solutions to specific industry use casesCreating compelling narratives that translated technical capabilities into tangible business value for decision-makers and stakeholders.Responsible for the overall design of Salesforce solution assets and for recommending flexible designs based on client business needsProvide a detailed level of pre-sales support to include demo and accelerator builds for proposed solutionsLead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover targeted client business, functional, and technological requirements and synthesize requirements to create a solution designDesign elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving: configuration of Salesforce Public Sector SolutionsArticulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionalityContribute significantly to thought leadership across the platform including ideation and design of new acceleratorsFollow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsWhat You Will Need:
Active Salesforce architect accreditations and ability to achieve additional relevant certifications upon hireAbility to travel and be client facingUS Citizenship required10 years of professional experience5 years of external consulting experience5 years of Salesforce implementation experience in an agile development environmentProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems, incorporating best practicesExperience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirementsExperience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applicationsExperience with data migrations from third-party systems to SalesforceExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, relationship focus, and strong technical and business acumenDetail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologiesStrong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of emotional intelligenceBA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or BusinessWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
Understanding of Public Sector entities and their common business requirementsThe annual salary range for this position is $183,200.00-$274,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
