Salesforce System Administrator
Aon is looking for a Salesforce Systems Administrator The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. Your impact as a Salesforce Systems Administrator Responsibilities: Day to day support and administration of our Salesforce instance. Review and correct salesforce production tickets presented by the AICPA team. Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets and other administrative responsibilities. Address user issues as they arise - communicate issues to the appropriate department and work with admins to resolve the issue as soon as possible and prevent the issue in the future. Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions. Create custom objects when necessary. Maintain, enhance, or create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment as instructed. Perform testing of system enhancements within a sandbox environment and other quality assurance tasks. Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed. Proactively collaborate with team members on improving processes and boosting productivity. Complete Salesforce trailheads and Salesforce Certifications to enhance salesforce knowledge and leverage knowledge to support the AICPA Salesforce instance. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of Salesforce administration experience In‐depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s‐controls) and/or integration with external systems Salesforce Administrator Certification 201preferred. Proficient in MS Excel, other commonly used business applications; demonstrated ability to learn new systems. Education College education preferred or equivalent work experience. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
