Salesforce System Administrator

**Job Description:**
The Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **System Configuration and Maintenance:** Manage and configure Salesforce applications, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
+ **Data Management:** Ensure data integrity through regular data audits, duplicate record management, and data cleansing.
+ **User Support and Training:** Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
+ **Process Automation:** Develop and maintain workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
+ **Reporting and Dashboards:** Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
+ **Integration Management:** Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
+ **Security and Compliance:** Implement and maintain security protocols, including user access controls and data protection measures.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.
+ **User Acceptance Testing (UAT):** Validate the stories in UAT, evaluate the impact to existing process, hand off the stories to Business SME’s. Follow through to get the stories approved for Production Deployment and be the Subject Matter Expert if users come back with questions.
+ **Data Updates:** Help with Data loads with occasional after hour updates.
+ Provides solutions and makes recommendations regarding processes that can be automated. Suggests improvements to preexisting automated processes.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Systems. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.

Four years equivalent technical experience in systems administration or related technical field.

Six years of System Administration experience.
- and -
Demonstrated working technical knowledge of Systems administration (e.g. hands-on troubleshooting experience, server performance tuning and monitoring tools, scripting code using Perl, CGI, C, shell, and powershell scripting tools, Systems hardware, protocols, and standards)
- and -
Business process and reengineering experience, as well as an understanding of the relationship between processes and policies.

Demonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users.
**Preferred Qualifications**
**Certifications:** Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
**Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
+ Proficiency in data management and security best practices.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Aptitude to Learn.
+ Ability to lead small projects.
+ Experience in a healthcare environment.
+ Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Note: Preferably looking for a candidate from Utah.
