Job Description:

SALESFORCE SYSTEMS ANALYST

Conducts analysis on Business Requirements and prepares the design documentation at the systems level for medium to complex systems or modulesDevelops and maintains, tests and implements modules according to system specifications.  Identifies all possible scenarios and prepares tests for the systems under development.Executes test plan during development and provides system testing, user acceptance testing and other testing support as required to ensure that the system processing reflects user requirements / designsPerforms implementation activities such as program promotions, installation of the system, training and tutorial for end usersProvides post-implementation support for systems including analysis of production incidentsDevelops and updates of the Permanent System Documentations and other Operations ManualsProvides updates and status reports to the project manager during the course of a development and related support activitiesIn charge of a system module.  Identifies areas for improvement /enhancement on existing system module or on the entire system, and on new ones being developedEnsures solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable and delivered on scheduleResolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation

Required Skills:

Experience in Salesforce is a must – at least 3-5 years or more as Salesforce Systems Analyst5 years or more experience with Informatica or any similar ETL tool, analysis & design, with testing experience3-5 years or more as Team Lead or Systems AnalystExperience in managing multiple resources/developersCompetent Systems Analysis and Design skillsSystems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) major tasks and deliverablesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, experience working in cross functional environmentKnowledge in Source Code Control proceduresKnowledge/experience in Release Management practicesKnowledge/experience in Configuration Management practicesOther technologies:SAP BOBI ReportsOracle PL/SQLUnit Testing
