We are in search of a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Health Solutions Technology team within the Leidos Health & Civil Sector. In this role, you will help customers solve their more demanding challenges via technology, modernization, transformation processes, and proven methods and solutions. As part of a creative, forward-thinking team, you will help shape solutions to make the world safer, healthier, and more efficient. The Technical Architect will support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and partners. The Technical Architect will be responsible for successfully solutioning the enterprise application E2E, designing and building the Salesforce Industry-specific solutions. As a Technical Architect, you are product expert with Health Services Cloud applications, and work closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
The Technical Architect maintains an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem.

**Primary Responsibilities and the CHALLENGE:**
+ Establish Leidos Salesforce practice and support CoE and CoP
+ Lead functional and technical workshops. Demonstrate leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying
+ Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to the client driving conversations with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision, and establish a program architectural roadmap
+ Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party stakeholders
+ Guide our customers, partners, and implementation teams on how best to execute digital transformation with the Salesforce platform
+ Establish trust with the customer’s leadership, promoting and/or implementing standard processes with SFI and Salesforce
+ Build out sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce Industries technology and the toolkit of theForce.com (https://urldefense.us/v3/\_\_http:/force.com/\_\_;!!Az\_Xe1LHMyBq19w!OAANOFl2oKgOhuQ9\_ME6d8V0JLoy-CRanFni8L8MkK1N37tzGginIfTaWzJHrHlgr28ir63t9IE3Y9T0DvnKs-nq-yM28Q$) platform and integration tools
+ Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs
+ Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner, and commit to seeing an issue through to completion
**WHAT SETS YOU APART:**
+ Masters with 15 – 20 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13 – 16 years of prior relevant experience
+ 5+ years of experience of Salesforce in handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of systems development and related business consulting
+ Expertise with Health Cloud, Service/Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio
+ Experience with:
+ Integration Architecture
+ Platform Security
+ Identity and Access Management / Integration Security
+ Sharing and Visibility
+ Data Architecture and Management
+ Architectural Design Patterns
+ Apex Design Patterns
+ Experience designing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
+ Domains- Healthcare OR Generic Salesforce Architect in FedRAMP/GovCloud environments
+ Experience with supporting the Federal Government, VA, or Healthcare IT sectors
**YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:**
+ Salesforce Technical Architect certification
+ Other Salesforce certifications

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
