Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Technology Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization, Salesforce Experience Cloud SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration, and SFDC Configuration. Experience in the Oil and Gas domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications. Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust security measures. Manage Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement. Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility rules to maintain data integrity. Utilize Salesforce DevOPS for efficient deployment and management of applications. Handle SFDC Data management to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop and customize SFDC Lightning components for improved user experience. Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes. Configure Salesforce to align with business needs and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards. Monitor and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency. Contribute to the companys goals by delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success. Impact society by enabling better business processes and improved customer experiences.Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security. Must have strong skills in SFDC Development and Customization. Must be proficient in Salesforce Experience Cloud. Must have expertise in SFDC Sharing and Visibility. Must be experienced in Salesforce DevOPS. Must have strong SFDC Data management skills. Must be proficient in SFDC Lightning development. Must have experience in SFDC Integration. Must be skilled in SFDC Configuration. Nice to have experience in the Oil and Gas domain. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Architect
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 01/30/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
