You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** Medtronic is expanding their footprint for Diabetes Care with a center in Pune and as the Salesforce Technical Manager for Digital Technology, India, this role is responsible for Managing Salesforce releases, updates, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance within Digital Technology. Our portfolio of innovative solutions is designed to provide customers greater freedom and better health, helping them achieve better glucose control, while spending less time managing their disease **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** As a Salesforce Technical Manager within Digital Technology, this role requires Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. + Develop and implement the CRM technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. + Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM to meet organizational needs. + Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. + Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and career growth. + Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for the CRM team. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery. + Implement and manage project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project completion. + Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, including ERP, marketing automation, and third-party applications. + Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement. + Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. + Provide advanced technical support for Salesforce-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. + Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. + Coordinate with Salesforce support and other technical teams to address and resolve issues. + Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. + Ensure that reports and dashboards meet business needs and provide accurate and actionable information. + Ensure that Salesforce configurations and customizations comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws. + Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for Salesforce development and administration. + Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. + Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance CRM capabilities and support business goals. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + A Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience is required for this role. + Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. + Salesforce Administrator. + Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration tools. + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices. + Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools. **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
