Job Information
The salesperson is responsible for the development of the defined sales region. He/She has full budget responsibility for the area (heavy / compact).
Role & Responsibility
Sales:
+ Frequent customer support and opportunity retrieval and analysis of steady customers; Support and consulting of clients on site.
+ Costumer acquisition
+ Planning and execution of sales actions (demonstrations, mailings etc.)
+ Generating rental business with steady customers and new customers
+ Cross Selling
Product Groups:
Product segment compact (Bobcat, Kramer, PP)
+ general steady customers
+ medium sized companies
+ landscape contracting businesses
+ municipalities
+ civil engineering
Product segment heavy
+ general steady customers
+ mining industies
+ demonlition industries
+ civil engineering

Job Requirement
+ Education & Qualification: Business Administration - Bachelors Degree - Allow Equivalent
+ Experience: 5>7 years
+ Travel Standard: >50%
+ Global Breadth: Multi-Site (> One Location)
+ Revenue Magnitude: 1 - 2 Million
+ In-depth technical and commercial understanding
+ Sales experience in capital goods sector (preferably in construction machinery)
+ MS Office knowledge, strong communication skills, organisational skills
+ Customer and service orientation.
+ Preferable commercial education / technician with sales-oriented training
