Extensive SailPoint Architecture hands-on experience Experience leading a team of SailPoint Developers Excellent communication skills 8+ years of diverse IT experience, or equivalent education and experience. Expertise in change management for new technology implementations. Experience in creating business cases and working with business stakeholders
