Responsibilities Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthlyHiring and Training your team of Beauty ConsultantsOngoing team trainingCustomer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and  beauty productsEnsuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are metMaintaining a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalentLeadership/Management experienceMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
