Ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be customer service oriented and have the ability to motivate and supervise a salon staff to achieve sales/service goals. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience in the cosmetology industry and hold a current North Carolina Cosmetology License.
Must be proficient in computer business-related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong analytical and reasoning skills. Salon Software experience is a plus.
