Our Sandy, Utah lash salon is looking for a Sales/Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our establishment. If you thrive on interacting with guests, selling memberships, booking services, and ensuring every guest enjoys a pampering experience, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Engage with guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Promote and sell memberships with enthusiasm
Efficiently book and manage salon services
Follow up on leads to expand our client base
Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
