Sample Coordinator Supply Chain & Logistics Worcester, MA, US Pay Rate Low: 19 | Pay Rate High: 19 + Added - 13/11/2024 Apply for Job **Sample Coordinator** Pay: $17-19/hour **The Sample Coordinator will assist with the transport of outgoing samples between research facilities for the company.** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Support the preparation, packing, and timely coordination of outgoing sales samples to meet customer and sales team requirements. + Assist in organizing sample pickups from all plant locations. + Conduct re-packing of samples when necessary. + Prepare shipping containers for sample dispatch. + Retrieve samples from storage and plant locations using the company van. + Cross-train to perform daily duties of the sample specialist, ensuring consistent fulfillment of outgoing sample requests. **Qualifications and Education Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license. + Strong learning agility with a proactive, self-motivated approach. + Detail-oriented, responsible, and precise in work execution. + Strong teamwork, communication, organization, and writing abilities. + Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Database Management).
