This role will provide samples to potential and existing customers at the direction of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Engineering, etc. Responsibilities

· Coordinating the shipment of daily sample requests in a timely manner

· Maintain inventory of plain and printed product and literature

· File completed sample requests, administrative tracking of shipments and documentation of shipments, monitor shipping charges, and the miscellaneous paperwork required to maintain inventory control

· Manage & distribute mass mailing Sample Kits as directed by Sales & Marketing teams.

· Maintain trade show banners, product samples, etc

· Basic housekeeping, organize new product, scrap old product

· Printing all incoming sample requests, managing of shared sample center email, and the ability to receive incoming inventory on assigned days.

· Other responsibilities and projects are assigned as needed by management.

Qualifications

· High School diploma

· Knowledge of Berry Global Rigid product lines

· Basic understanding and ability to use Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook

· Self-motivated and detailed oriented, and Time management skills with a demonstrated “Service Oriented” communication style

· Comfortable on ladders & lifts and Forklift training is a plus

· Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
