The Samples Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that provides support to the Product team with various tasks that could include preparing and packing samples and working with customers, vendors, and sample manufacturing to resolve problems. This role will be responsible for coordinating product samples for our sales and marketing teams. **Duties and Responsibilities of the Position** + Ensure Samples Devices and Artwork are set up correctly and by given deadlines. + Create Sample Product Masters and Selling Styles. + May create and update Bill of Materials as required with possible billing support. + Create product bulletins for Sales Force Automation. + May use various equipment to prepare sample materials. + Review product and orders for customers and vendors. + Communicate with internal and external customers, vendors, and sales representatives. + Actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team. + Perform other duties as needed. **Required Experience and Education** + Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. + 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Technical knowledge of roto-gravure printing, digital printing, and flooring production processes preferred. + For colorist-specific role, must be able to pass a colorblind test. **Competencies** + Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline. + Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills. + Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. + High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. + Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. + High level of organization and attention to detail.
