**Seeking a Sandblasting Candidate to Join Our Team in Minneapolis** **$20-24/hr and Start ASAP** **Job Description** + Under minimal supervision, this position sets-up and controls the operation of shaping, helping welders, sandblasting, and flame spraying. + The role involves using all tools associated with these processes. + The paint sprayer inspects results with appropriate gauges to ensure conformance to specifications and works on complex parts requiring exacting tolerances. . **Hard Skills** + Paint Prep + Sandblasting + Sanding . **Work Environment** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
