Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of a current Louisiana Sanitarian's license issued by the Louisiana State Board of Examiners for Sanitarians plus one of the following, which must include one year of experience at the supervisory level or above: Five years of experience as a licensed sanitarian; OR A master's degree in public health, food science, dairy science, environmental or sanitary science, or one of the physical or biological sciences plus four years of experience as a licensed sanitarian.
