Benefits IncludePaid vacation and holidays Medical, dental and vision benefits 401(k) planBetter Futures ProgramCareer development opportunitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities Understand sanitation operations:Perform hand-on sanitation activities, including cleaning, scrubbing and sanitizing, and organizing work areas and equipment.Follow established sanitation protocols and procedures to maintain cleanliness and meet regulatory requirements.Monitor and inspect work areas to identify and address sanitation processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations during sanitation processes.Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to managementMaintain a clean and organized storage area for sanitation supplies and chemicalsUnderstand Food Safety, GMP, SSOP requirementsUnderstand pace flowMaintain labor standards and paceConstant walking and or standingUse of hands to fingersFeel objectsReach with hands and armsLift up to 75 lbs.Vision capabilitiesOvernight workOther duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentAuthorized to work in the US18 years of age or moreAble to work fulltime M-F; Weekends, holidays and overtime as neededPrevious experience in sanitation or related field if preferredAbility to perform physical tasks, including bending, twisting, lifting and standing for extended periodsGood communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environmentBasic knowledge of safety protocols and regulationsWork Environment The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures.Manufacturing settingStanding or walking for prolonged periods of timeRepetitive motionUneven surfaces and slippery floors About JBS
