**Job Title: General Cleaner** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, both indoors and outdoors. Your duties will include general cleaning tasks, property maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. **Responsibilities** + Perform general cleaning duties in and around the facility, including interiors, exteriors, workstations, and breakrooms. + Execute power washing, sweeping, dusting, blowing, and general clean-up tasks. + Replace soap dispensers, sanitizers, paper dispensers, and small equipment around the facility. + Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair various grounds equipment. + Complete maintenance service requests and support the facility maintenance team as needed. + Provide excellent customer service to customers, coworkers, vendors, and the community. + Actively identify areas for improvement related to safety, food safety, or overall facility performance and communicate to supervisor as appropriate. + Follow company policies, processes, and SOPs; participate in a safe and respectful work environment. + Adhere to all safety rules, GMPs, and company guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in general cleaning and janitorial duties. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. + Experience in housekeeping and sanitation. + Knowledge of food manufacturing and sanitation practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform property maintenance tasks. + Experience with maintaining and repairing grounds equipment. + Strong customer service skills. + Attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to experience a supportive and respectful work environment where your contributions are valued.
