Job Title: Sanitation Associate

Job Description

Responsible for cleaning all aspects of the facility.

Part-time position. 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursdays.

ResponsibilitiesPerform janitorial and sanitation duties to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including food production areas.Sweep, mop, and handle trash collection efficiently.Utilize household cleaning supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Essential SkillsExperience in janitorial duties and sanitation.Proficiency in cleaning and general labor.Knowledge of food safety standards.Experience in a food production or food industry environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work with household cleaning supplies.Experience in a manufacturing setting.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is based in a tomato processing and packing plant. The facility is an older building with equipment laid out to fit the space, which includes some steps and ladders to various levels. During the peak season from July to October, employees may need to work 12-hour shifts and are not allowed to take vacation during this blackout period.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamstown, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
