GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Responsible for cleaning and filling all hand, foot, barrel and knife dip stations while production is running. 1st shift:  5:30am-4:30pm 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

Monitor the chemical concentrations in the hand, foot, barrel, and knife dip stations a minimum of 3 times per shift and change as necessary Clean the foot dip mats a minimum of 3 times per shift Must be able to measure and titrate chemicals based on the written SSOP Able to document all critical chemical concentrations and corrective action Clean cull room and cull bins throughout the shift Must be able to handle chemicals in a safe manner Must be able to work independently and with limited supervision Any and all other duties assigned by your Supervisor
