**Description** Sanitation Laborer - Gainesville, GA Location 3rd Shift Hours 1am - 7am Pay Rate: $17.35/ plus $4.00 per hour/attendance/bonus /Sunshine Pay Available **Sanitation Laborer** **POSITION DESCRIPTION:** The work will consist of the employee cleaning equipment throughout the plant using a system of high-pressurized water, cleaning agents and other sanitation equipment in accordance to the standards set by U.S.D.A. and Pilgrim’s Directives for sanitation control. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Above average Attendance habits + Must be self-motivated and willing to work in areas of the plant. + Must have the ability to work safety and responsibly with fellow employees and equipment. + Must have correctable eyesight, and be able to lift/push/pull over 25 lbs frequently Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor or Crew Leader. + Needs to understand the reason and recognize the need for good sanitation habits. + Ability to work with both hands. + Must be able to reach above shoulders. + Work on Fast Paced Environment Safely + Pay close attention to detail + Other duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred **Experience / Work History** + Prefer previous manufacturing experience EEOE/Vets/Disabled
