Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 7:00 PM-3:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $26.00 an hour + $2.00 shift differential

What You Will Do:

Advocate for, engage your team within and enforce Conagra's safety and quality program.Understand the mechanical aspects of your lines allowing for take-down and set-up of line throughout sanitation processCommunicate any potential line concerns for safety, efficiency or risk promptlyEngage your team in learning the line, understanding sanitation standards and producing the best products, while growing within ConagraCoordinate line training opportunitiesPartner with maintenance, production leaders, quality and staff to guide production and participate in opportunities for improvementAssign cleaning tasks, communicating concerns and adjusting as needed throughout the eveningParticipate in PreOp inspectionsMaintain sanitation work and storage areas

What Skills You Have:

Bilingual English/Spanish preferredProven ability to lead a teamSkilled in adjusting scheduling and tasks throughout evening2 years of sanitation experienceAbility to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and be a very physical role as a working lead
