Job Description
Lead a crew of approximately 28 sanitation associates in a hands-on position that requires detailed disassembly and assembly of large-scale bakery production equipment while following master sanitation schedules.
ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 28 sanitation associates.Disassemble and assemble large-scale bakery production equipment.Follow master sanitation schedules.Implement process improvement and root cause analysis for sanitation issues.Perform janitorial duties as required.Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP standards.Essential SkillsMinimum 2-3 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing facility.Experience leading a sanitation crew.Hands-on experience with large food manufacturing equipment (bakery experience is a plus).Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.Knowledge of master sanitation schedules, SOPs, and janitorial duties.Understanding of FDA regulations and HACCP standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to manage a team while remaining hands-on.Strong problem-solving skills for identifying root causes of sanitation issues.Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing facility with multiple production lines that produce different products based on daily order demands. The bakery environment includes large mixers and ovens.
